Standard turnaround is typically 2–5 days, depending on workload and project complexity. During the holidays or peak seasons, we recommend ordering early. Rush orders may be available—just ask!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring items purchased from other stores. Many clients bring in tumblers, cutting boards, jewelry boxes, or leather goods from retailers they love. Please note: Personal items are engraved at client risk, as some materials respond differently to laser engraving. We’ll always advise you ahead of time if we see any concerns.
