We currently operate by appointment or message ahead to ensure your item gets the attention it deserves. Walk-ins are welcome when we’re available, but contacting us first guarantees the fastest service.

• Drop off your item or choose from our in-stock pieces.
• We engrave it, and you pick up a beautifully personalized item.
Pricing depends on the material, size, level of detail, and time required. Most simple engravings start at a baseline rate, with custom artwork or additional surfaces priced individually. For accurate pricing, send us a quick message with photos—we’ll provide a clear estimate before any work begins.
Standard turnaround is typically 2–5 days, depending on workload and project complexity. During the holidays or peak seasons, we recommend ordering early. Rush orders may be available—just ask!
Yes! You’re welcome to bring items purchased from other stores. Many clients bring in tumblers, cutting boards, jewelry boxes, or leather goods from retailers they love.
Please note: Personal items are engraved at client risk, as some materials respond differently to laser engraving. We’ll always advise you ahead of time if we see any concerns.

Absolutely. We can engrave business logos, monograms, handwriting, signatures, illustrations, and fully custom designs. For the best results, we recommend vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) or high-resolution PNG/PDF files.
When engraving personal items, we take every precaution to protect your piece. However, because we cannot verify how certain materials were manufactured or coated, some items must be engraved at the customer’s discretion.
We’ll always inform you if an item presents risk and won’t proceed unless you approve.
Most engraved items require simple care:
• Hand wash engraved drinkware for best longevity
• Avoid abrasive cleaners on wood or powder coatings
• Condition leather items as recommended
• Keep wooden pieces dry and treated with food-safe oils

Yes! Shipping is available for most engraved items. Just let us know your location, and we’ll calculate a shipping estimate.
Yes—our equipment allows for engraving on many curved or non-flat surfaces, including tumblers, bottles, and certain handled items. If your piece is uniquely shaped, send us a picture and we’ll confirm compatibility.
Because each piece is custom-engraved, all sales are final. However, if the engraving differs from the approved design or a mistake is made on our end, we will make it right.
